 About the Hosts

 

Ryan & Neil Nichols

Subconscious 3.0 Co-Founders

This live training is led by Ryan Nichols and Neil Nichols, co-founders of Subconscious Academy.

Ryan has spent more than two decades working directly with people at moments of internal transition. He is a certified hypnotherapist and has trained and coached under Tony Robbins, working with high-level clients in environments where performance and follow-through matter. Earlier in his career, he worked with the United Nations in conflict and negotiation contexts, where human behavior under stress is impossible to ignore. He later spent many years at Apple designing and delivering leadership and development programs while coaching senior leaders and high performing teams.

Neil trained as an elite NLP practitioner under Tony Robbins in 1990 and later became a licensed hypnotherapist. Alongside his work in subconscious transformation, he built a career as a tax and trusts attorney working on complex, high-value transactions. He also developed the ability to self induce hypnotic trance and rewire his own subconscious, a breakthrough that became a foundational element of what later evolved into Subconscious 3.0.

Together, their work reflects both deep subconscious lineage and practical application under pressure.
