1. About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Subconscious Academy website, learning portal, mobile application, courses, guided audio, coaching, community spaces and any related tools or services we make available. In these Terms, “Subconscious Academy,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean Subconscious Academy, LLC, a US-based company. “You” means the person using or purchasing our services.

Please read these Terms before enrolling or using our services. When you purchase a program or accept these Terms during registration, they form part of your agreement with us. Certain services may have additional terms presented before you enroll.

The description and terms shown for your particular offer at the time of purchase form part of your agreement. Where a specific offer term conflicts with these general Terms, the specific offer term takes priority for that purchase. This includes a program-specific refund guarantee. Nothing in these Terms or an offer limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information: https://www.subconsciousacademy.com/Privacy-Policy. Reading or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, provide consent for every use of personal information. Where a separate consent or choice is required, it must be handled separately.

2. Eligibility and your account

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 or older who can enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that information you provide is accurate.

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account or allow another person to use your paid access. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for your own use of the account and for activity you authorize; this does not remove any rights you may have concerning unauthorized access or payment transactions.

3. Educational purpose and personal responsibility

Our services provide education and coaching about mindset, subconscious patterns, personal development and performance. They are not medical care, psychological treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or individualized legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

Our programs and coaches do not replace appropriately qualified professional care or advice. Do not delay seeking professional help or change prescribed treatment because of something in our content, a coaching discussion, a community post or an AI response.

Participation is voluntary. You decide whether and how to use the material, taking account of your own circumstances. If an exercise causes distress, stop and seek appropriate support. Our services and community are not emergency or crisis services and should not be relied on for urgent help.

These explanations describe the scope of our services. They do not waive our responsibility for obligations that applicable law places on us.

4. Guided audio and hypnosis-style exercises

Some content includes guided visualization, relaxation, hypnosis-style audio and reflective exercises.

Use these materials only in a safe setting where you can give them appropriate attention. Never use them while driving, operating machinery or doing anything where distraction or reduced awareness could cause harm.

If you are uncertain whether an exercise is suitable for your physical or mental health, consult an appropriately qualified professional before participating. You may stop an exercise at any time. Individual experiences vary, and no particular emotional, behavioral or other outcome is promised.

5. What your purchase includes

Your access, included content, live sessions, support, bonuses and any access period are those described in the offer you accept. Please review that information before purchasing and contact us if anything is unclear.

For The Rewire Method, the current offer includes the eight-phase program released weekly, the listed videos, audio tracks and integration tools, 12 weeks of live group coaching and community support through The Rewire Collective, two bonus months in The 3.0 Circle alumni community, and continued access to the core program materials through the available app and web portal. Your purchase-time offer governs the details that apply to your enrollment.

A stated coaching or community-support period is separate from continued access to core materials. Continued core access does not, by itself, extend time-limited coaching, community support or bonuses, or include every future product we create. We will not shorten a promised access period merely by changing these Terms.

We may update content or change the technology used to deliver it. Changes will not remove the material benefits of an existing purchase without an appropriate solution, which may include equivalent delivery, continued access to the affected material, or a refund where required by your agreement or applicable law.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and the software needed to use the delivery methods described in the offer. Contact us if you cannot access content that should be included in your purchase.

6. Coaching and live sessions

Private coaching and other separately sold services are governed by their own offer details, including session count, duration, booking arrangements and any disclosed rescheduling, cancellation, no-show or expiry rules. Those rules must be made available before purchase. Do not assume that terms from a different package apply to yours.

Live-session schedules and joining instructions will be provided through the relevant program. If we must change a scheduled session, we will provide notice and an appropriate alternative consistent with what was purchased. Your rights if a service is not delivered remain protected by your agreement and applicable law.

Do not record or redistribute a coaching or community session without permission from us and any participants whose permission is required. If we propose to record a session, we will tell participants about the recording and its intended audience and handle any required permissions separately.

7. Prices and payments

The price, currency and payment terms for your selected offer are those disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase and recorded in your order confirmation. Review those terms before purchasing. Prices and payment options may vary between offers and may change for future purchases; a later change does not alter the price or payment terms you already agreed to.

A fixed installment plan divides your agreed purchase price into the payments scheduled at checkout. It is not a month-to-month subscription unless the offer expressly says so.

By selecting an installment plan, you authorize the scheduled payments shown at checkout and agree to complete them, except where a valid refund, cancellation right or another applicable legal remedy ends that obligation. Stopping participation alone does not cancel a fixed payment plan.

Any recurring subscription must be identified as recurring, with its price, billing frequency and cancellation terms presented before you agree to it. A time-limited bonus does not itself authorize new paid recurring charges.

Payments are handled through third-party payment providers. Your bank or payment provider may apply charges or currency conversion under its own agreement with you.

If a payment fails, we may contact you to resolve it and may suspend paid access while it remains unresolved, subject to any required notice and applicable law. We will not treat a valid refund request or exercise of a legal right as a breach merely because you raised it.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us so we can investigate. You retain any rights you have to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges through your payment provider or under applicable law.

8. The Rewire Method 14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to have the opportunity to explore The Rewire Method. If you decide it is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase to request a full refund.

You do not need to show proof of work, complete lessons, listen to a specified amount of audio, attend coaching, or meet another participation condition to qualify. You may try the program during the guarantee period.

Include enough information for us to identify your purchase, such as the name and email address used at checkout. An explanation of why the program was not right for you is optional.

A refund under this guarantee covers the amounts you paid us for that Rewire Method purchase. If you chose its installment plan, we will also cancel any remaining scheduled installments. Access associated with the refunded purchase will end.

After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund for that purchase unless your offer provides otherwise. This does not restrict any refund, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law, or our obligations if we fail to supply what you purchased.

Different products or coaching packages may have different voluntary refund terms disclosed before purchase. Do not assume that The Rewire Method guarantee applies to every separately sold service. Any more favorable refund promise made in your purchase-time offer continues to apply to that purchase.

9. Customers outside the United States and mandatory rights

Subconscious Academy is a US-based business. Customers outside the United States may have additional rights under laws that apply to their transaction, including rights concerning cancellation, digital content, services, unfair contract terms or consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms requires you to give up rights that cannot legally be waived. If a mandatory law applicable to your purchase gives you greater protection than these Terms, that protection applies. The voluntary Rewire Method guarantee is additional to those rights.

Where applicable law requires information about a statutory cancellation period, a cancellation form, or a specific consent before immediate digital delivery or early commencement of a service, those requirements must be addressed for the relevant transaction. Merely accepting these Terms, logging in or accessing content does not by itself constitute a waiver of a statutory cancellation right. Any such waiver or request for early performance must meet the conditions required by applicable law.

You may contact [email protected] to raise a cancellation or consumer-rights request. This contact method does not replace other methods you are legally entitled to use.

10. Intellectual property and permitted use

Our course content, guided audio, videos, written materials, frameworks, branding and other materials are owned by Subconscious Academy or used with permission from their owners.

Your enrollment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use the materials included in your offer for your own learning and development. Where we provide a download, you may download and use it for that purpose, subject to the terms stated with it.

You may not share paid access, redistribute recordings or materials, publish them for others, sell them, or use them to create a competing course or commercial product without permission. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits without our authorization. No ownership of our materials transfers to you through a purchase.

You retain any rights you hold in your own original community posts, questions and other submissions. By submitting material to a program or community feature, you give us the limited permission needed to host, display and deliver it to the audience of that feature and administer the service. This does not give us permission to use a private coaching conversation or your likeness as a public testimonial or advertisement; that requires separate permission.

11. Community conduct

Treat other participants respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or abuse others, post unlawful content, share another person's private information without permission, or upload material you do not have the right to share.

Do not use community spaces for unsolicited promotion, spam, unauthorized solicitation or activities that interfere with the service. Follow reasonable community rules made available to participants.

Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share another participant's personal story, image, recording or identifying information outside its intended audience without permission. We cannot guarantee that every participant will comply, so avoid posting information you do not want the audience of that feature to see.

We may remove content or restrict participation where reasonably necessary to address a breach, protect participants, comply with law or maintain service security. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and allow an opportunity to resolve it. Serious safety, unlawful-content or security issues may require immediate action.

12. AI tools

If we make an AI-powered tool available, it is intended to support education and reflection. AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate or inconsistent. Check important information independently and do not rely on an AI response as professional advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency support.

Do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Review the relevant privacy information and any tool-specific instructions before entering sensitive personal information.

Access to a course does not include a particular AI feature unless the offer says it does. Any stated AI features remain subject to the commitments made in your purchase-time offer. These Terms do not authorize additional data uses beyond those properly disclosed and permitted under applicable law.

13. Results and testimonials

We do not promise a particular income, business result, emotional change, personal breakthrough or other outcome. Individual results depend on circumstances, participation and other factors.

Testimonials describe particular people's experiences and do not guarantee the same experience for you. These statements do not diminish specific promises about the content or services we agree to provide, your refund guarantee, or your legal rights concerning misleading representations.

14. Availability and third-party services

We use third-party platforms to provide parts of our services. Their own terms may apply when you use their platforms, apps or payment services.

We aim to provide the services as described, but temporary maintenance, technical problems or events outside our reasonable control can affect availability. If a disruption materially affects a paid service, we will work toward an appropriate solution consistent with our commitments and applicable law. We do not disclaim our own obligations simply because delivery involves another provider.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience or information. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their independent content or practices, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

15. Suspension, termination and the end of access

You may stop using the services at any time. Stopping use or closing an account does not automatically cancel an agreed fixed payment plan, except where a refund, cancellation right or other applicable remedy provides otherwise.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms, unresolved nonpayment, unlawful use, or a genuine safety or security concern. Any action will be proportionate to the circumstances and subject to applicable law. Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Ending access does not automatically remove either party's existing obligations or extinguish a valid refund or legal claim. If we discontinue a paid service without a breach by you, we will address any undelivered entitlement through an appropriate alternative or refund consistent with your agreement and applicable law.

Provisions that are intended to operate after access ends, such as ownership of materials, restrictions on redistribution, outstanding lawful payment obligations and dispute handling, continue to apply.

16. Responsibility and legal remedies

Each party remains responsible for its own obligations under this agreement and applicable law. You are responsible for decisions you make about applying educational material, but that does not excuse a failure by us to provide the services we promised.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any injury, loss or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer guarantees or remedies.

We do not guarantee outcomes beyond our stated service commitments. Any legal responsibility for a loss, including questions of causation, foreseeability and remedies, remains subject to the applicable agreement and law.

17. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Please send questions or complaints to [email protected] with enough detail for us to understand the issue and identify the relevant purchase. We will review the concern and seek a practical resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, except to the extent that applicable conflict-of-law rules or mandatory protections require another law to apply. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections that applicable law says cannot be waived.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive a right to bring or participate in a claim that applicable law provides. Either party may pursue a dispute in a court that has jurisdiction. Nothing prevents you from contacting a regulator, seeking consumer assistance or using another legally available remedy.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. We will identify the effective date of an updated version and provide notice of material changes where appropriate or legally required.

Updated terms apply to new purchases from their effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce a refund guarantee, promised access or other material benefit of an existing purchase. If a change to an ongoing agreement requires your consent, we will obtain it rather than rely solely on posting a new page.

19. General provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue where they can operate fairly and lawfully. A delay in enforcing a provision does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

Your agreement includes these Terms and the applicable offer-specific terms accepted for your purchase. Nothing in this section excludes a representation or right that applicable law requires to be honored.
